Christian Niedermeier

Christian Niedermeier is a senior expert & advisor of EAM.Technology in the area of corporate governance and operational excellence since June 2022. He is also a Board Member at EDS Invest S.A. since December 2021 and Managing Director of REVOFAIR AG in Switzerland since 2017.

Christian advises asset management companies, primarily in the areas of operational excellence, corporate governance (including financial market regulation) and product structuring (funds and securitizations).

As Chief Operating Officer at Swiss Alpha AG, a FINMA-regulated asset management company for collective investment schemes based in Switzerland, Christian was employed from 2014 until the end of 2016 and was, among others, in charge of overall operations and GRC, responsible for risk management, compliance and finance & controlling. In parallel, he served as Board Member for Risk Management at Swiss Alpha SICAV in Luxembourg.

From 2005 to 2013, Christian was employed as authorized signatory and Chief Investment Officer at Swiss Alpha AG, where he was in charge of portfolio management and advisory of all funds and mandates for the derivatives area with AUM > USD 750 Mio.. He was also responsible for collateral management for all funds of the company. Prior to this, Christian worked at HypoVereinsbank AG in Munich, first as a Relationship Manager, then as a Portfolio Manager in Private Banking.

Christian graduated from the University of St. Gallen and the HSO Executive Business School in Zurich with a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Business Law and as an Executive MBA. He has obtained a trading license at Deutsche Börse AG in Frankfurt and is a certified Eurex trader.

Christian is a Swiss and German citizen and speaks German and English.
